The goal is to be the business they think of first when they're ready to buy—and consistent, valuable emails are how you earn that mental real estate. Write your emails as if you're writing to one specific person—the ideal customer you know best. What would you say to them right now that would be genuinely useful? Lead with that. Don't try to cover multiple topics in a single email. Depth on one relevant subject beats breadth every time.
